This is a weird post I just wanna hear your thoughts. A few months back my husband was having an odd dick smell I wouldn't know how to describe it, it just smelled gross! And when we had Sex my vagina would smell like it too ! I wouldn't say anything, but it's now back !? 
And I did finally say something today . He said his been drinking a lot of Red Bull and i asked him why if he had stopped and his answer was:

What are your thoughts ? Would you think anything bad like cheating ? I have crazy trust issues every relationship ever been in I've been cheated on so ... I know I'm probably crazy for thinking cheating out of this? Or am I not ? Thoughts ? He showers daily, isn't circumcised, is very clean with himself

1. Is he circumcised? Does he shower often?  A substance called stegma can build up around the head and under his foreskin.

2. It could be poor hygiene.

Some men get real bad smegma aka dick cheese... even if they shower daily after urinating often in the day or sweating it can be real potent certain drinks can make the urine smell ALOT stronger so if he's drank Red bull a lot and has been peeing loads n sweating all sorts of secretions can come from that. However, too many energy drinks and fizzy drinks also can cause water infections, lower sperm quality etc.. my husband used to drink a hell of a lot of redbull he'd then go to work sweat in an office pee loads etc by the time he got into bed the smell was so bad I would tell him I wasn't going near him unless he washed it! He stopped drinking energy drinks and it doesn't smell weird no more he has no std no water infection etc his was due to all that as a combination x

I know trust issues can put you on super high alert however nothing here points to cheating. I'm getting stinky dick, then redbull and text messages about being horny..... Doesn't add up lol encourage him to go to the doctor for both of your sake.
