ate me out while he was sick???

So my bf ate me out while he was sick and now my vagina is burning a lot and it burns to pee. Could this be because he's sick???? I don't know if this is unrelated but like I don't ever pee myself but my underwear is almost always SOAKED in pee, very similar to when it's summer and you're sweating a lot. I don't know why??? I don't have health insurance so I can't go anywhere and I just went to PP and they told me i would have to wait until February
