Dream Dress Search

I'm Hispanic and in about three months I'll be turning 15. So, that means I'm going to have a quinceañera. My mom and I don't want to stick to the traditional poofy dress. I'm very petite and a big dress like that won't accentuate my body how I would like. A few days ago I came across this photo. It didn't have a link to a designer or a website. I'm hoping one of you all could help me. I would really appreciate it.
