can I still get pregnant?

So I have known about my ovarian cyst for almost a year now. I have gotten medication to treat it but quite honestly I don't take it. Apparently these cysts are so close to being the size of my ovaries themselves. My boyfriend and I are definitely sexually active so I was wondering if there was still a chance I could get pregnant even when my doctor said my eggs won't be passing through. That was a long time ago. Anyone who's had ovarian cysts????
