I'm almost 38 weeks and today I've had some tightening feelings in my stomach every once in a while. I've felt the urge to poop quite a bit today but when I go to the bathroom nothing happens. It's doesn't feel like constipation though. Also, I keep having sharp pains near my butthole. What is going on?!?
