Vitex Berry! My husband and I had been trying for a year and a half after me getting off birth control. I wasn't having regular periods ever since I got off, so It was hard to know when/if I was ovulating. Looked up natural ways to regulate periods and concieve and found out about maca root. I used fertiliade and royal jelly (soy free one ) and my hubby used goji juice and selium we got pregnant after 2 months we been trying for 3 years
