😓 Celestone/Steroid shots for baby lungs

Nicole • Expecting our third little one in April. Two beautiful daughters born Oct '08 and Dec '12
So long story short, I'm 26 weeks. Since week 25, I've been back and forth in the labor & delivery triage unit for contractions, cramping, and light spotting. Negative fFN and not dilated.. fluids and a few shots of brethine were enough to slow the contractions. I'm also taking procardia daily now... but doctor wanted to go ahead with steroid shots to advance baby boy's lungs just incase he decided to make an early appearance. (Had first daughter at 37 weeks and preterm labor with second daughter from 34-37 weeks before delivering) anyway, my question/concern is that I haven't felt little man moving at all in the past 48 hours since receiving the last steroid injection. I used my home Doppler and found what I assume to be his heartbeat around 138.. but i also have an anterior placenta and often pick up my own HB or blood flow from the placenta. He's usually so active all throughout the day. I asked my doctor and she didn't seem too concerned.. but that isn't enough to put my mind at ease. Anyone have experience with steroid shots/decreased fetal activity?
