Anyone one had unexplained infertility and successful iui?

We tried for 2 years on our own then went to the dr for tests. No issues with either of us. I do have a very tilted uterus but dr said that should not have been a problem.

I took Clomid for 3 cycles with no luck. Then Clomid plus 2-day IUI and boom! Pregnant :)

We had our insemination last month and it failed. I used Femara Cd3-7 & CD10-12.

We're doing another insemination tomorrow.

I needed 30 months of IUIs and a combination of daily inter-oral pills, daily subcutaneous self-injections, and intervaginal suppositories. During this process I had one miscarriage (chemical induced during 1st trimester at doctors recommendation) and one live birth.
 
I have only one working Fallopian tube and my progesterone levels are in the basement.

My husband, in the other hand, is so dang fertile my doctors used to joke about him being "able to impregnate the entire population of the USA in one shot." (That always made me feel like a double failure...)

Answer

We did 7 IUIs and one stuck around for all of 6 weeks (miscarriage). IVF didn't yield any success. I'm leaning towards trying iui again. 🤷🏽‍♀️
