Dry nips?

So I just got dressed after showering and my boobs started itching a bit and I noticed around the nipples the skin is like reallyyy dry and kind of flaky. Is that normal? How do I fix it?

idk if this works tbh, but some girl said she put chapstick around her nips for the dryness. i mean, probably just putting lotion on them RIGHT AFTER you shower should work but trying the chapstick wont hurt, of course checking if you're not allergic

i get this also, i think it's just because of the cold weather and dry air. nothing to be worried about just use some lotion!
