How's your tummy at night??

Hey ladies! I'm 31 weeks and my belly gets really hard during the night?? Does anyone had that??? What did you do?? I'm just changing positions but it's still uncomfortable; not painful, just uncomfortable and just want to make sure it's ok!! My doctor says everything looks great but at night this happens 🤷🏽‍♀️

I asked my ob this too and she just said it was braxton hick contractions and to drink water .

Same here! Also 31 weeks. I normally drink water and get up to pee and it helps. Also sometimes it's just my position and I have to toss and turn til it goes away or she's in a better position.

It's Braxton hicks contractions. They suck, but are usually an indication that you are dehydrated or in need of some water. Stay hydrated. I'm struggling with them currently at 10:22pm, but I can't decide if I want to drink water and pee all night or just breath through them 😩😩 decisions decisions 🤔😖

Yep. Same at 37 weeks. It's the worst when I have to pee. Painful

That's been me since 28 weeks. I just touch it to make sure baby girl is still moving and go back to sleep lol

I get this at 26 weeks and have for a few weeks now. I don't find it painful, so I just go back to sleep... not sure it's the right thing to do, so I'm following!
