Yay or nay?

Does the name Aziya (still working on the spelling) sound like a girl name? I am due with my second son in 3 weeks and we have no name for him. (We already have a Ezra) pronounced uh zi uh? Kind of like Elijah. My SO came up with it last night and I kind of like it.
