I need advice. I work as a group lead for a larger group of people at a very well known and large company. Most the people I lead are the ages of 20-25 and are women, needless to say... there's a lot of drama! I've gone to my supervisor about the certain ones who are causing it and nothing gets done. It's really starting to wear on me and my anxiety as everyone comes to me because they're sick of it. Since they're doing nothing, I'm looking into other jos. Problem is most every job requires working overnights. Currently I work two weeks of 7-3pm and then two weeks of 3-11pm, no overnights. I make $23/hour. Most other jobs are 6-6pm Monday though Thursday and the next week 6-6am Monday through Wednesday. They pay $1 less an hour BUT no stress, no being in charge and easy work. I used to love my job until these women startingbcausing all this drama. What would you do? Stick with it or leave? Keep in mind I have a three year old but babysitting is not a problem with any shift I work.
