I Did Whaaat?!

Because I just did something I didn't think I could do anymore (because I'm getting old-er 🙈) and I haven't done it since I was in school and that's over 8 years ago...

I bent down and touched my toes without bending my knees and without my back feeling like it was going to snap like a twig!

I can't actually believe I did it unintentionally either haha! 🙊 I was only bending down to put stuff on the floor and I pretty much got my hands flat on the floor in front of me after I put it down and realised I'd bent down further than I meant to! I did it again for a second time and touched my toes just to make sure it wasn't a fluke! 😅😂

This really just proves to me that's it's the small accomplishments and progress that you see in yourself that mean the most and continue to motivate you to continue what you're doing so so so much! 😄🙌
