Pregnancy Headache Remedy?

Guys I have a headache I can't shake for the past few days. Feels like tension. I'm 11w4d and med arent working!! Help PLEASE! 💛 
Also--- is there a certain point I should contact doctor? It's getting pretty bad....

I have had a lot of bad headaches and the only thing that worked was an ice pack to the back of my neck. It didn't relieve it completely but made it tolerable so I could at least function!

I was told the headaches were from increasing blood volume and you could take Benadryl or tylenol sinus to relieve the sinus pressure. Both worked really well for me but I would ask your doctor before doing anything! Always best to be safe! Good luck 🍀

Try 2 extra strength Tylenol and a coke. Fioricet is the only pregnancy additives migraine medication and it's essentially Tylenol and caffeine. Works for me. Also, lay down and rest. Drink water after you finish your coke. Dehydration contributes to headaches

I always suggest Tylenol and a soda (caffeine really helps with headaches). Also try an ice pack or cold wet rag over eyes or point of headache, neck, forehead, etc. I get really bad migraines and this usually always helps for me. A cold quiet room where you can rest is also beneficial. Hope this helps. Feel better! ✨

Headache and migraine are different. If you take medicine like Tylenol (I take 1000mg) and rest and it is still persistent then it can cause concern.
