14weeks 5days, anyone lost symptoms

I had a scan at 10 weeks & another at 13 weeks both strong hb & showing healthy baby, my next scan is Feb 26th but I don't really have any symptoms and actually feel really good, which is now making my me really nervous, anyone else feeling the same?
