I get so worried about hurting baby or it being too deep, or something going wrong but this is our favourite position and we haven't had sex in a while as we both get nervous because I'm 22 weeks pregnant.

Unless your Dr has advised you to be on pelvic or bed rest,  do whatever is comfortable for you all the way up to labor. :)

You may want to prop yourself up with extra pillows depending on how big you are, but as far as depth and all there's nothing to worry about. Just stop if anything hurts, for me it was more back pain and lose ligaments than anything else.

Unless your doctor advised otherwise...it's getting to the point where that's one of the only positions that feels comfortable for me (sometimes I can still do cowgirl) feel bad for my SO.
