Which name would you choose for a boy?

We can't pick between the two boys names we like.

Ackley.... Nickname: Ack. Kids gonna get teased . NOT saying it's right, just inevitable

I feel Asher Shepperd is too many sh sounds close together and agree with a previous poster about Ackley. 
The boys names beginning with A I liked for our baby were Arlo, Arthur, Aaron and Aidan.

our son will be born April 4th and he will be Asher Jacob...Jacob after my grandfather. but my husband and I both love the name Asher!

I love the name Asher, but if anyone shortens his name to Ash it might sound like something else next to Shepard.

I am not in love with the names either but my husband likes them. We want the baby's name to start with an A, so if any one has any suggestions I am open to them.
