having a miscarriage but bleeding stopped.

So sadly yesterday I found out I'm having another miscarriage they could not find the heartbeat and the baby stopped growing about 11 days ago do anyway I wiped about three times with pink blood then a streak of light red blood and then a little more light red blood then the rest of the day spotting, now today there's no blood not even spotting so I still know it's a miscarriage but could something be wrong like it's stuck or something I have no idea
