I have one. Im 13 weeks witg twins so its not to early for me. It helps.  Its not great but i do sleep with it every night i wish i had the full body verson

My Snoogle just came today and it's so comfy (about $50 on Amazon). I'm not sure about the cheaper ones, but didn't want to spend less now just to have to buy a new one in a few months if the stuffing got flat or something.
