Vitex?

So I've been taking vitex for a few months and haven't had any success. Does anyone know how much you should be taking daily? What was your experience with it?

I am taking it also it suppose to increase you body's own hormones to help regulate your cycles my OB told me to try it she said it does take a little while to work but I should start to notice more regular periods and maybe even ovulate normally. I take 400mg 3 times a day. Fingers crossed it works good luck

Success on what? It doesn't help you get pregnant. It helps keep your cycle regular, less acne, decrease the chance of a mc, promote more milk for bf.
