ovulation question

Hi! This is our first month trc and I have a random question. According to Glow I was supposed to ovulate yesterday, but my ewcm was Tuesday with some Wednesday. Could I have ovulated early or are you supposed to be dry on the ovulation day. Just trying to track my dpo. Thanks!
