sleeping on the couch. help

So me and my husband got into an argument tonight. I decided to take a drive to clear my head. I went to get coffee and I decided to go grocery shopping since I didn't want to go home. Well my phone was in my purse and I didn't realize my husband was calling me. He ended up textin me saying where the fuck are you. He called me a stupid bitch. Then I called him back and was like why didn't you answer where the hell are you. I told him I went grocery shopping. He called me a fat bitch under his breath and hung up. Ive been suffering bulimia for the past 10 years. He knows that. Anyways I cried the whole way home. I get back and grab my 5 month old daughter and go to sleep on the couch. He says nothing just glares at me. What do I do? I'm really upset, I need advice on what to do.
