6dpo possible early pregnancy symptoms?

So I'm 6dpo and I'm so dizzy I can barely move, feels like I'm sucking on pennies, and I just started throwing up. Any thoughts?

Implantation doesn't happen until 6-12 dpo and then it takes a few days for enough hcg to build up to start getting any symptoms so I think it's a bit early to be having pregnancy symptoms. Could you possibly be anemic? Those are classic symptoms of anemia as well.
