I tore! :(
I tore almost to my rectum and I'm in so much pain. The hospital gave me these amazing ice packs and I miss them. I've been freezing pads to try and relieve the pain lol. But it's just not the same! The numbing spray doesn't work. Nothing helps but ice. How do people deal with tearing. Hoping to heal quickly!
