dry nipples? help! anyone else

Weird question...my nipples are dry and look like little dry flakes are coming off. I am only a little over 11 weeks. Anyone else experiencing this?

Mine have been since week 18. I have to put lotion on a couple times a day and they are still itchy.

I'm 16 weeks and have had the issue since about 8 weeks. Lube them babies up every chance you get and it will help so much!!! I was making myself bleed they itches so much and my nipples felt like sandpaper.

Same , and super itchy . I put Vaseline on mine when I get out the shower
