Help! Please how can i make more breast milk?!

I was wondering what is the best way to build your milk count I drink so much water n it's not really making my milk count go hightler :( help please how can I make more breast milk!

Your body will make milk as baby needs it. So the best way to make more, is to trick your body into thinking your baby is drinking more milk. So pump after each feeding!

I will pump after every feed. Drink lots of water and eat oatmeal. I notice a significant increase any time I eat oatmeal.

I pump every 6 hours and some people say that will decrease my supply. Nope. My supply has actually increased. I hated having to pump every 2-3 hours... I HAVE A LIFE!! I used to get 2-3 oz per 30 minute session. Now I get 4.5-5 oz. Massaging your breasts also help release the milk from the ducts.

Occasionally, our breasts just don't act as they should. This may not be the case with you, but if it is do not let it discourage you. Breastfeed as much as you can and don't give up. I take Euphoric Herbals-the Lush Leche works best for me. Fenugreek doesn't work for every woman. You have to find what your body responds to. Keep in mind that whether you fully nurse your child or have to supplement you are STILL breastfeeding and doing the best for your baby.

Pump more. I was always getting 2 oz after 30 minutes. It sucked and was such an esteem killer that I had to then supplement with formula after every feeding. Then I bought a handheld breast pump that I can use easier. Nothing fancy, just the EvenFlo single pump from Wal-Mart which was about $40. I found that I was pumping more often because it was easier. Not thinking it would help me, but using it for convinience. Well fast forward to about 3 weeks and today I pumped 5 oz. I was so excited I posted a picture on Instagram and shared with my friends. So I think my supply went up because of how often I pump with the smaller pump.
