My cycles are always 30 days. I get my period on the 21st of every month. Last month, I had gotten sick and was taking acetaminophen and excedrin and I had a really bad fever. Which could explain why I wasn't able to track my BBT. I ended up getting my period a day early and it was really heavy with horrible cramping, which is totally unlike my normal periods. Is there a chance that it could've been a chemical pregnancy? Or my period was just thrown off because I was sick?
