That happens to me all the time. I ALWAYS have dreams about my SO going back to his ex wife. Just my insecurities.

I constantly have dreams about him cheating or me cheating on him but I know that neither of us would EVER do that, so it's just because I'm afraid of that happening so much that it's almost a nightmare and not a dream. There's no underlying meaning of me not trusting him enough and blah blah blah. It's just a dream :)

Mostly just a dream could be that your insecure and its being portrayed in your dreams but it doesnt mean anything really

It could be insecurities surfacing in your unconscious mind as such. It could be you subconsciously suspect that he is and your subconscious is trying to bring it to your attention. It could be that you don't fully trust him and it's manifesting in the form of cheating. It could be that you subconsciously are thinking about cheating and your mind is talking you out of it in the way of showing you how you'd feel if he did. And it could be that you just had a really shitty dream. With dream analysis there's no right way to find meaning, and some psychologists say that dreams are meaningless. The key is not to overthink, but to be aware of what your mind is saying. If it concerns you that much, you can always talk to your boyfriend about it, just make sure not to accuse him of anything.
