Accutane??

Hey guys!! So I've struggled with pretty bad acne for a few years now. It isn't as severe as some other people's but it's very aggravating and could be a lot better. (mostly facial but it has been occurring on chest and back) I have been reading more about accutane recently and I want to know your opinions. I'm aware that the drug is very dangerous and has very serious side effects in some cases. I'm also looking for alternatives to accutane so that it'll be my last resort. Thanks in advance!! :)
