How do i pump at work??

I work at Walmart and start tomorrow since my maternity leave. I already have a poor milk supply and cannot go 10am-8pm without pumping or breast feeding. I will go dry. Just wondering how people do it, privately?

I would contact your HR department and see what accommodations they have for your situation. I'm pretty sure most places have to allow you breaks to pump. My job does. I work from home but if I were working in the office they have a small room for breast pumping and are required to give you a break every 2 hours to do so.

I think you're entitled to pump at any job. I would go into the bathroom maybe or my car if that's better for you. I plan on pumping in the bathroom at my job once I return from maternity leave.

By law they have to allow you a break to pump.... you would have to talk to ur manager and plan out your times for those breaks. Can also pump on the one break they allow as well as during ur lunch break.

You should talk to your manager and set up a private space for you to pump and a scheduled time of when you do. I had to use my managers office and went every 2-3 hours. I was lucky they didn't make me clock out to pump and were so helpful with everything
