backache anyone?

Hello ladies, as we chug into mid pregnancies, I was wondering if any of you were also having backaches.

I am 25 weeks and last couple of days I wake up with one - everyday!  It's become a routine for me to beg my SO to give me a back rub/massage. Although it gives only temporary relief. Yet...

Do you have any tips, remedies or similar experience to share? 🙂I am all ears!
Btw, I have heard of snoogle pillow. Anyone using it? Does it really help?

It's only going to get worse lol!😖 hot water bottle helps mine and a warm bath, I'm 28 weeks

Pregnancy yoga.... the back stretches are amazing! I'm 29 weeks and don't have to do much before my lower back starts killing me! When I get a chance, I do a 5 to 10 minutes stretching video and it helps soooo much! Its not perfection but also propping up your feet every chance you get will help too. Hope this helps. Oh and I have a pregnancy pillow, not a snoogl, but yes, it works wonders.

Yes!!! My abck is killing me for a few days now i have taken a tylenol and icy hot, but nothing much oh and hot baths... i want more!
