Advise needed ASAP

Hello, so I have a question.

I am scheduled to be induced for my first child on the 18th (this Wednesday) because I am overdue, but I went into the Drs today who said I may need a c section because my daughter's head is too big and she hasn't dropped to where she is supposed to be. They want to to be induced and then to see if I will need a c section as labor progresses but I'm not sure how that will turn out. Since they let me know the c section may be needed should I just go with their plan and go through labor then possibly need a c section or ask if I can just go straight to the c section? I know it is short notice but I was just told today.
