I'm kind of confused

I know a lot of people possibly won't know the answer but hopefully if someone has been through it I could know maybe. Sometime in December I got raped and found out I have chlamydia but my doctor gave me Azithromycin and it says take four tablets by mouth but I'm on sure if I'm supposed to take them together or not he never told me and I want to give one to someone I recently had sex with but I don't want them to hate me or freak out on me. Should I tell them to get checked or should I just give them one of the pills. I'm confused and scared.
