Im young but their is a photo of me in my mothers room with my belly button exposed and it looked just like that... it was "normal" ( just make sure to clean it every day so it doesn't get infected) Also your baby is absolutely adorable

I had one! My grandmother kept a quarter taped to it so it wouldn't poke out😂 but get a doctor to look at it

It is normal. It's called an hernia. Some babies get it, but it usually goes does on its own within the first year. It's nothing to worry about just yet unless you notice it's growing in size, baby is vomiting or is having pain.
