Challenges with change

So my boyfriend and I have been together almost 3 years, and we have a 1 year old daughter, my question is after being in a relationship so long, how do you continue to grow a strong relationship and the connect as if you first started dating. And how to do you fix the challenges of a changing relationship, and keeping the Romance alive. Don't get me wrong I'm still in love with him. We have just changed who we are and grown up a lot.
