What age do you think is appropriate to lose your virginity

I'm trying to decide how long I should wait before I do anything. Like I mean some of those might seem a little young, but if it's with someone I know I can trust, is it really that wrong????

Losing your virginity is entirely your decision. However I would advise that you be within 15+ and make sure you do a lot of reading and educate yourself fully on sex, and your own body beforehand. Sexual education is very important. There are a lot of things that you do risk when having sex so be sure to use protection and don't rely only on the pull out method unless you are willing to risk becoming pregnant, because though birth control and condoms are not a 100% guarantee, accidents are a lot more likely to occur if you go by the pull out.

Don't let anybody push you into anything you aren't comfortable with. If you don't feel you are 100% ready, then don't do it. Take your life, and sexual experiences at your own pace.

I don't think that there's any right age. I'm 17 and a virgin, only because I'm not personally ready. I plan to wait until after I'm 18 just because I want to be completely in charge of my body in every way possible. But that's my choice; everyone is different.

Not discouraging you or encouraging you but the average age of women who lose their virginity is 17. It's really up to you though. However, I would wait because you do have the chance of getting pregnant and you may regret the person it was with if you aren't waiting until later in life.

With all fairness I voted for 16-18. I wish I had waited. I lost mine at 15. But then again, I wouldn't be the person I am today without going through that experience. It's all up to what you are okay with doing and when you feel ready to do it
