Periods are horrible for me i don't know why but these last few months my period has made me feel horrible I get bad cramps and nauseous I never use to have bad cramps like these what can I do to help?? I have even considered getting on birth control so I won't get a period it's that bad we'll definitely I will be getting on it soon
