Help please!

So I have two beautiful children. I'm 27 years old. My pregnancies I never had symptoms (cryptic pregnancies both times one was undetectable on pregnancy tests blood or urine) still had my monthly every month like clock work. I'm not late at all but for about a week and a half I've been extremely tired, nautious at almost every smell, can't keep anything down. No fever and not sick in any way. My breasts are sore off and on but Thats normal for me (triple d girl). Nothing really fits right anymore. I think I might be pregnant but because I've never had a "normal" pregnancy I dont know. Does this sound like pregnancy?
