I just want it to be over :(

I had a miscarriage in early August, no complications, all natural bled for about 2.5 weeks and was fine. My hormone levels droped and Everything went back to normal. Now I found out I was pregnant again at the beginning of January and started bleeding a few days later. I went to the ER they did blood work and said my hcg level was low. They couldn't see anything on an ultrasound but I wasn't even 6 weeks yet so that wasn't unusual. Now ten days later still bleeding, maybe a little lighter than before but I had 2 repeat blood tests and my hcg is still increasing , it was in the 400s a few days ago and now up to 666, which would put me not as far along as I thought, but what is happening to me? Like I was fully prepared for this to be a miscarriage and I just want it over with. But my family doctor called me with that number today and said she basically has no idea what is happening. So I am trying to get into my OB as soon as possible. Anyone have any ideas or been in a similar situation??
