How do you go about shaving your legs?

I've often wondered how the easiest way to go about the dreaded leg shaving day is. You know when your leg hair has finally reached that point where you can't go another day of saying "I'll do it tomorrow.". Since we've moved into our new home I've found the tub is quite small and it's easiest to sit on the edge of the tub and shave that way versus the shower we had when we rented which was big enough that I could sit in the bottom and shave.
