Medicine and TTC

My SO and I are trying for a baby this year but the only problem is that his medicine makes him unable to ejaculate.

The medication that does that is his antidepressants so he does need to take it daily. Last month he stopped taking it and though he was able to ejaculate regularly he was a bit more moody and frustrated (especially when he works) This month he started taking it and he is mood is so much better, but everytime we have sex he just can't at all.

Not sure if we should go again without his medicine or go to the doctor? He already went before and they prescribed another antidepressant, but it still has the same effect
