HELP: Job Choices

I got a job with a call center which pays $9.50/hr (minimum wage is $9) or through commission which could result in $13-15/hr. Sitting down the whole time, calling on the phone w/ no face to face contact.

I just got called for a Serving position at a local Mexican restaurant right now the street that would pay $3.02/hr + tips. Standing and walking for at least 5 hours, lots of face to face contact.

Which would you guys choose? because I'm at a loss but I need money fast...
