after birth contraception?!

So bit of background ...

I used this app along with conception vitamins and within a month I was pregnant. I had a planned csection as she weighed 10lbs and always knew she was gonna be a big baba! My little girl is 3 months old now and just wondering what contracpion people went on after they had a baby??
