My doctor told me to warm up the meat for 30 seconds so it kills any bacteria...I usually do that and than wait about 5 min to eat it and it taste normal

My doctor said to warm it up and then you can even refrigerate it again after warming it up if you want the meat cold, it's just about killing bacteria! Same with hotdogs 😊 Even though people question the healthiness of hot dogs, I cannot deny myself one every once in a while!!

I do. It's all about how it's packaged. Wash it off before u eat it. I've been eating it and have been fine.
