spent the day in l&d 😕

Called the doctor this morning about period like cramps and back pain so they sent me to be monitored.. once there I started having contractions every 6-7 minutes and eventually they progressed to coming every two minutes. Intensity never increased and they weren't causing me to dilate (thank goodness) but they still kept coming. Got several bags of IVs and antibiotics as a precaution in case anything progressed further and was still having contractions they finally gave me a shot to stop the contractions which took a few hours to fully work. I'm home now resting the best I can and hoping the contractions stay away.. worst part about all of this is my Fiancé left Friday wanting to "take a break" so I went through all of this alone today 😔 I'm worried about baby boy and worried about going though this alone.. just wanted to vent not really looking for advice or anything 😕😔😢
