Anyone else struggling with iron deficiency?

My iron levels have been continuously plummeting since becoming pregnant. The fact that I have an autoimmune disorder isn't helping either Dr told me. I have to go get IV iron infusions once a week now 31-35w. I've tried so hard but nothing I do works! Anyone else with twins/multiples struggling with low iron levels?

Yes, my hemoglobin level had consistently stayed a 10 despite increasing my iron supplement... so annoying
