Me: "I dropped out of high school when I was 16. Even though everyone said I would practically end up homeless, I pulled my shit together and started a company. I am now proud to say that I have, by myself, made more money in the last 6 months than I would've in 5 years with a "normal teenage job", I am really proud of myself!"

World: "Stop bragging, you asshole! Money isn't everything! Go back to school you idiot! Boo you whore! You will never know how much you miss if you're not in school! You are such a dumbass! You need Jesus! I'm gonna pray for you, go back to school! You are just lost!" (Note: these things have been said to my face.)
