Gestational Diabetes
I'm 30 weeks pregnant and I just found out a few days ago I have gestational diabetes. I'm struggling with it. The diet is hard, just trying to cook and eat fresh makes this difficult. Plus the whole checking blood sugar numbers. Anyone else out there facing this struggle?
I'm also struggling emotionally. I know this can't be healthy for my baby girl. I'm trying to do the best I can, but I still feel like it's not enough.
