Baby Not Pooping

My wife just gave birth to our baby girl this past Friday (4 days old)The first few days after her birth were pretty normal, the baby was having multiple BM's a day.. Yesterday at 4pm she had her last BM.. She was awake all night and clearly in some discomfort.. We spoke with the doctor this morning and they said that was normal and not to worry until 24 hours.. It has now been 30 hours and we are beginning to worry.. We have an appointment with the pediatrician tomorrow but wanted to reach out to see if this is a common occurrence..
