What did your ultrasound look like at 4 weeks?

I keep getting positive pregnancy pee tests and my symptoms are getting stronger but my doctor found nothing in my uterus today. I would've been 10 weeks, but I think I'm actually 4 weeks due to when my implantation bleeding was. How many women have had this happen to them??? And still ended being pregnant? I'm getting my blood work results tomorrow, then if it's still positive they'll do another Thursday and see if my numbers are rising

I don't understand how you can go from thinking you're 10 weeks along to then only thinking you're 4 weeks along based on implantation bleeding...
Have you been actively trying to conceive? Did you have a period for the last two months? Have you had unprotected sex in the last 10 weeks? 
Since I don't know your story, I'm visualizing a teenage girl who had sex once and is freaking out about possibly being pregnant. If you haven't had a period for 3 months (10ish weeks) and doc didn't see anything on the ultrasound, you're not pregnant.
If you have had regular periods for the last several months (I'm not sure why you would have thought you were 10 weeks along if this is the case) and had unprotected sex ohh, 5 and a half weeks ago then you could be pregnant, I suppose. But even then something should be seen on an ultrasound.
Sorry if this feels like I'm patronizing you, I'm just so confused as to how this situation has come about.

Normal. The baby is the size of a poppy seed. You don't usually see a baby until 7-8 weeks

10 weeks and 4 weeks would be a pretty big gap for just late implantation, I hope everything works out. ❤

I think this was 6w and like 3 days i think. I know it was 6 weeks and some change

I have irregular periods so I didn't know how far along I was when I got pregnant.  I could've been anywhere from 4-13 weeks because I hadn't had a period in that long.  When I went in for my first appointment they did a scan and I was only 5 weeks and all you could see was the sac.  The next ultrasound at 9 weeks I saw him moving and wiggling around. No worries it could just be too early.

They couldn't find my daughter until almost 12 weeks. You could see everything BUT a fetus! It was very difficult to even get a view of that. I had an implantation bleed. Eventually she turned up on the ultrasound. It was very unnerving. She's 8 months old

You really won't see a baby on an ultrasound that early. My first was an emergency scan at 7 weeks and the baby just looked like a tiny coin-sized dot in it.

This was mine in the 5th week. All you can see by this point was just the gestational sac. No baby or a yolk sac. I don't think you even see this much in 4 weeks. I am now 22 week 5 days.

Had one done at 4 weeks and nothing but a sac. Had another one done at 6 weeks and seen something.

I had one done at 5 weeks, they could only see the sac. Had one even earlier and all they saw was a thickening of the uterine wall (so nothing really).
